About Savannah
Savannah Platt, FNP-C, graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Saint Francis-Fort Wayne in 2020 and with her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis-Fort Wayne in 2022. After completing her BSN, she worked at Lutheran Hospital in the Cardiovascular ICU. Savannah found her passion for Aesthetics and Dermatology throughout her Family Nurse Practitioner clinical rotations at Integrative Dermatology in 2021 and 2022.
Savannah grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Homestead High School. As a Nurse Practitioner at Integrative Dermatology, Savannah is very focused and committed to providing excellent patient care in both Aesthetics and Dermatology. She is eager to discuss skin care goals and help her patients meet these goals! In her free time, Savannah enjoys working out, spending time with her family at the lake, and traveling.
